Ingredients
- 200g paneer, cubed
- 1 cup cooked brown rice
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 cup mixed peppers
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp ghee or oil
- Coriander, to finish
Preparation
- 01.
Heat ghee and soften the onion, peppers and garlic.
- 02.
Stir in tomato paste and garam masala; cook 1 minute.
- 03.
Add paneer and toss to coat, warming through.
- 04.
Serve over brown rice and finish with fresh coriander.
